whole-house design and production software, and state-of-the-art,
computer-controlled fabrication equipment to produce floor framing packages
that install faster, safer, and with less material waste then conventional
framing methods.
Your JobPack Producers have the tools to offer you:
- individual floor framing components that are pre-cut to precise
length and labeled for fast and easy identification and installation
- pre-drilled holes for mechanical trades
- complete material lists and placement plans to ensure that you have
everything you need to install faster, better and safer

NextPhase™ JobPack Certified Framers
JobPack Certified Framers have associates who are trained to use the floor framing packages created by JobPack Providers to build better forms for your homes. Each JobPack Certified Framer employs associates who have completed a two-hour training program and constructed at least two JobPack site builds to learn the distinct advantages of NextPhase™ JobPack construction. JobPack Certified Framers know and understand how to frame your homes' floors faster, safer, and with less material waste than conventional framing methods.
The names of NextPhase JobPack Providers and Certified Framers have been provided to you for informational purposes only. Status as a JobPack Providers or Certified Framer is not an endorsement or reference from Weyerhaeuser. You are responsible for selecting your own contractors.
